An experienced broker with a strong track record in both residential and commercial
sales, Ann Wigely specializes in investment property and land. She has
served as a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and California for
more than 17 years. National investors and commercial buyers have
relied on Ann to locate large acreage land tracts suitable for development
while both equestrians and residential buyers have trusted Ann to guide them
through the relocation process. Ann’s clients praise her for her
business acumen, outstanding negotiation skills, strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
Prior to her career in real estate, Ann was actively involved in the construction industry. As a professional business manager, she coordinated the services of architects, contractors and designers for the construction of multi-million dollar estates in Hawaii and California. She has renovated, restored and remodeled several residential properties and has also designed and constructed a 33-acre working ranch with two residences, barns and stables. As an equestrian, Ann’s experiences range from dressage, trail riding and breeding to the management of a profitable ranch in Southern California.
