Allison Gillespie serves as the Executive Assistant and Referral Coordinator
for Sheelah Clarkson Asheville Real Estate Agency. When clients and professional
colleagues call the firm or visit the office, it is Allison who first greets
them. With her service-oriented style, exceptional organizational abilities
and conscientious attention to detail, Allison is key to the seamless execution
of daily office operations.
Always at the hub of agency activity, Allison ensures that everything from client communications and system operations to paperwork and special projects are handled with expertise and professionalism. When asked what she likes best about her job, Allison doesn’t hesitate: “It’s the people. I love interacting with our clients. And the camaraderie of our team is unrivaled. Allison possesses more than 16 years of experience in the real estate profession. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, she was employed for 11 years at Harbour Ridge, an award-winning luxury golf development in Palm City, Florida. Since 1999, Allison has served as personal assistant, office manager and developer sales associate at local area real estate firms.
In her free time, Allison enjoys organic gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She and her husband own a small farm in the Green Creek area. The acreage is a portion of the original Rev. John Blackwell estate established in the 1790s. Here, they keep a menagerie of animals including a retired 4th level dressage quarter horse. Allison is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
