D’Ann’s trademark is her passion for excellence. She’s
known for her unparalleled one-on-one service, meticulous follow-through,
diligence and sparkling enthusiasm. With six years of experience in
the real estate profession, D’Ann has sold properties across several
North Carolina counties – Buncombe, Henderson, Polk, Madison and Haywood.
And her transactions cover a full range of property types from luxury condominiums
and homes to land and commercial properties. Whether acting as a buyer’s
agent or a seller’s agent, her commitment to excellence in achieving
her client’s goals is unmatched.
A native of the sunshine state, D’Ann was raised on the Florida coast. There, she worked in the hospitality industry and founded her own service firm which operated as a lucrative business for seven years. Following the sale of her company, D’Ann turned her attention to real estate, specializing in the sale of condominiums and townhomes across the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area.
Since moving to Asheville and joining the Sheelah Clarkson team, D’Ann has expanded her real estate career and enhanced her areas of expertise. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, a coveted professional designation that is revered as the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The ABR is the only designation of its type recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
With an adventuresome spirit and a keen interest in the outdoors, D’Ann has mastered a number of sports including sky diving, running, surfing and kayaking. She spends her personal time enjoying the mountains in the company of her Siberian husky, Osirus.
